Tento malý klenot od ICY BOXu je konvertor pro dva 2,5" HDD nebo SSD na 3,5 " disk včetně raidového řadiče.
Konvertor IB-RD2121StS je nabitý funkcemi a velmi výkonný. Má uplně stejné rozměry, montážní otvory a umístění konektoru jako normální 3,5" disk.

Díky patentovanému systému EasySwap ® se 2,5" jednotky připoji automaticky při zavření dvířek. Instalace je naprosto jednoduchá!

Řadič RAID poskytuje uživatelům možnost vybrat pole RAID 0, RAID 1, LARGE a Portmultiplier režim (NOR). Konfigurovat lze prostřednictvím nastavení hardwaru nebo softwaru, který je kompatibilní s PC i s Mac systémy.



This little jewel from ICY BOX is a dual 2.5" to 3.5" drive caddy. It packs a huge punch with features and performance, allowing 2 x 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD to be converted to a 3.5" SATA form factor for use in most internal drive bays, backplanes, external enclosures, and server racks. It transforms the two drives into a 3.5" SATA drive with exact dimensions, mounting holes, and connection locations as a normal 3.5" drive.

But, it’s not just a caddy though as it mimics a 3.5" drive with SATA and power connectors so it’s easily inserted into a hot swappable drive cage,… additionally it has an onboard RAID controller. The device uses a combined metal/plastic construction for durability and drive protection. Inside the case there is room for 2 x 2.5" SATA SSD or HDD fitting the standard 9.5 mm drive heights.

Thanks to the patented EasySwap® feature, the door mechanism moves to connect the drives as the door is closed. This provides the user with peace of mind that the connection is solid. Also, the installation process is completely screw-less and tool-less, saving the user time when first installing the drives, as well as any necessary maintenance throughout the product’s lifetime.

The RAID controller gives users the option to choose RAID 0, RAID 1, LARGE, and Port Multiplier mode (NOR), and it can be configured via hardware setting or software that is compatible with both PC and Mac systems.
